Plain language, no fine print games. These are the terms you agree to on the intake form.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Cancel or move a session more than 24 hours out at no charge, from your portal or by phone. Inside that window the deposit is retained, because the slot can rarely be refilled. Life happens — call us if something genuinely unavoidable comes up.
Payment
Sessions are paid at booking through our card processor. Packages are prepaid and expire six months from purchase. Prepaid sessions draw down automatically when you book. Refunds on unused package sessions are available at the original per-session rate, minus sessions already used.
Health & vaccination
Dogs attending group classes must be current on rabies, DHPP, and bordetella. Bring proof to the first class. Private sessions require rabies only. Keep a coughing, vomiting, or lethargic dog home — we'll move the session for free.
Methods
We train with food, play, and clear management. We do not use prong collars, e-collars, alpha rolls, or physical corrections, and we won't ask you to. If a dog needs veterinary behavior support, we say so and refer out.
Liability waiver
Dogs are animals and behavior carries risk. By working with us you accept responsibility for your dog's actions, confirm you're the legal owner or authorized handler, and agree to disclose any bite history.
Privacy
We collect what we need to train your dog and bill you: contact details, your dog's history, session notes, and payment records. Card details are handled entirely by our processor and never touch our servers. We don't sell or share your information. Ask us any time to export or delete your file.
