Cancellation & rescheduling

Cancel or move a session at no charge, from your portal or by phone. Any deposit you have paid is refunded in full. There is no cutoff and no fee, whatever the reason and however late.

Monthly programs

A monthly program covers one visit each weekday, roughly 22 a month. It is not a set number of guaranteed visits: a week with a holiday in it has four. Unused visits do not roll into the next month, because the point is the routine, not the count.

Billing is monthly and starts once we have agreed a schedule. It runs month to month, and you can stop at the end of any month. Cancelling inside the first two months is billed as two months, because that is the shortest run where a daily routine has a fair chance of changing anything.

Vacation care is included up to seven days a year while a monthly program is active. Days beyond that are $200.00 a day at the member rate. Additional dogs or cats in the same household are $300.00 a month each.

Payment

Sessions are paid at booking through our card processor. Packages are prepaid and expire six months from purchase. Prepaid sessions draw down automatically when you book. Refunds on unused package sessions are available at the original per-session rate, minus sessions already used.

Health & vaccination

Every dog we work with needs current rabies. Anything that involves your dog staying with us, or meeting Bias, also needs DHPP and bordetella. Keep a coughing, vomiting, or lethargic dog home. We'll move the visit for free.

Methods

We train with food, play, and clear management. We do not use prong collars, e-collars, alpha rolls, or physical corrections, and we won't ask you to. If a dog needs veterinary behavior support, we say so and refer out.

Liability waiver

Dogs are animals and behavior carries risk. By working with us you accept responsibility for your dog's actions, confirm you're the legal owner or authorized handler, and agree to disclose any bite history.
